A summary of the printed welcome address from the Golden Jubilee brochure, delivered at CAC Village on 10 October 2026.
Pastor T.A.O. Omolayo Agbeja, Ph.D., Regional Superintendent of CAC North America (Latunde Region), opened by giving glory to God for fifty years of the Christ Apostolic Church in America. He compared the small, mustard-seed beginning of the work with what it has become, and drew on Isaiah 40:18, 25 to point to the greatness of God.
He welcomed the President of CAC Nigeria & Overseas, Pastor S.O. Oladele, and Mrs. Susanna Oladele, Leader of the Ministers’ Wives Fellowship; Prophet (Dr.) S.K. Abiara, retired General Evangelist, and Mama Grace Abiara, present by special invitation; Pastor J.O. Owoeye, Ph.D., retired first Coordinator of CAC North America, whom he called the grandfather of all in America; and Evangelist Agnes Adebomi Agbeja, Leader of the Ministers’ Wives.
He closed with thanks to the invited guests, the Convention Planning Committee and every worker, and noted that the history of the work is told in a separate leaflet. The 2026 watchword printed with the address is Psalm 119:18: “Open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things from Your law.”
